摘要
目的探讨自拟通管方治疗输卵管积水的疗效。方法从2016年9月-2018.年4月就诊于厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院中医妇科门诊并确诊为不孕症的患者中选取57例输卵管积水者,月经干净后嘱患者口服自拟通管方治疗,经期停用,1个月连续服用20 d,连续3个月为1个疗程。结果随访3个月后,显效20例,有效32例,无效5例,总有效率为91.22%;随访6个月后,有21例自然妊娠,且均为宫内妊娠,总妊娠率为36.84%。结论自拟通管方治疗输卵管积水,安全有效,副作用小,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of self-made Tongguan prescription in the treatment of hydrosalpinx. Methods 57 patients with infertility who were selected for hydrosalpinx, visiting the Women ’s and Children’s Hospital of Xiamen University, TCM Gynecology Clinic, from September 2016 to April 2018 were selected. The patients were treated with self-made Tongguan prescription after menstruation for 20 days in one month, and were stopped during the menstrual period. These patients were treated for 3 menstrual cycle,and to observe its treatment efficacy after 3 cycles. Results After 3 months of treatment, 20 cases were markedly effective, 32 cases were effective, and 5 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.22 %. After 6 months of treatment, there were 21 cases of natural pregnancy, all of which were intrauterine pregnancy. The total pregnancy rate was 36.84 %. Conclusion Self-made Tongguan prescription for the treatment of hydrosalpinx is safe and its side effects are small, and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
