摘要
文章基于轻量化的需求,以基础热冲压成形B柱为对象,采用变截面热成形技术,进行不同截面厚度设计,并进行零件级别仿真分析,得到优化方案,最后进行整车验证分析,满足使用性能,并且实现轻量化。
Based on the demand of lightweight, this paper takes the basic hot stamping B-pillar as the object, adopts the variable section hot forming technology to design different cross-sectional thickness, and carries out simulation analysis on part level to obtain the optimization scheme. Finally, the vehicle is verified, and the design meets the service performance and realized lightweight.
