摘要
提出一种基于停电损失计算与成本分析的配电网单元制供电网格可靠性规划方法。首先对单元制网格分类,并建立起停电损失、投资成本与可靠性指标间的数学关系。其次基于帕累托优化方法,量化计算并得到单元制网格满足一定的可靠性目标前提下的投资成本、停电损失,作为网格规划的重要参考。最后结合算例分析验证了方法的有效性。
This paper proposes a unit mesh reliability planning method for distribution network based on outage cost calculation and cost analysis.Firstly,the unit mesh is generated,and the mathematical relationship among outage cost,investment cost,and reliability index is established.Secondly,based on Pareto optimization method,the quantitative calculation is done to obtain the investment cost and outage cost under the premise that the system reliability requirements are satisfied,which is an important reference for mesh planning.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified by a case study.
