摘要
本文特别就环氧富锌底漆以及三涂层配套体系柔韧性的测试方法做了深入的探讨,这其中不仅包括了涂料行业内广为人知的测试标准和方法,更是对"拉伸试验"和"高低温循环测试"在该领域应用的效果开展了科学的研究。从大量的测试结果来看,新的测试方法明显能够较传统的测试方法更好地检验环氧富锌底漆尤其是涂层配套体系的柔韧性,它们目前尚未纳入行业标准方法,但希望本文可以起到抛砖引玉的作用,为行业和标准的发展起到积极的推动作用。
The testing methods for flexibility of epoxy zinc-rich coatings and three-layer coating system are discussed.Those methods include not only the conventional standards and testing methods but also some new methods such as tensile testing and high-low temperature cyclic testing which are investigated.The testing results show that the new methods are more suitable for testing the flexibility of zinc rich primer especially for three-layer coating system.Although the new methods have not listed in the industry standards,it is expected to help with the development of coating industry.
