摘要
离心式水泵是某型引进雷达水冷机柜的核心部件,其性能好坏直接影响到雷达发射机能否正常工作。文章针对该型水泵经常出现漏水、流量报警、压力报警等问题,经过多年研究与维修实践,设计并研制了水泵维修测试设备。利用该设备研究了该型水泵的维修工艺及测试方法,解决了水泵漏水、流量报警、压力报警等一系列疑难故障,掌握了离心式水泵输出流量、输出压力和密封性维修的关键技术,实现了该型引进雷达部件的自主保障能力。
Centrifugal water pump is the core component of a certain type of imported radar water-cooled cabinet. Its performance directly affects whether the radar transmitter can work normally. The article often presents faults such as water pump leakage,flow alarm and pressure alarm for this type of water pump. After years of research and maintenance practice,the pump maintenance test equipment has been designed and developed. The equipment was used to study the maintenance process and test method of this type of water pump,which solved a series of difficult faults such as water pump leakage,flow alarm and pressure alarm,and mastered the key technologies of centrifugal pump output flow,output pressure and sealing maintenance. This type introduces the self-protection capability of the radar component level.
