摘要
通过分析导轨支架的4种固定方式的技术要求,对比现有的技术规范和检验标准,明确锚栓(膨胀螺栓)应固定于混凝土构件上。选取普遍的锚栓(膨胀螺栓)固定方式作为研究对象,评价其使用依据的3个方面,综合分析膨胀螺栓的失效模式。得出在检验过程中,判断导轨支架是否固定牢固可靠应综合考虑各个技术规范要求和膨胀螺栓的使用要求。
By analyzing the technical requirements of four fixing modes of guide rail support and comparing with the existing technical specifications and inspection standards, it is clear that anchor bolts(expansion bolts) should be fixed on concrete components. The common fixing mode of anchor bolts(expansion bolts) was selected as the research object to evaluate its three aspects of use basis. The failure mode of expansion bolt was analyzed comprehensively. It is pointed out that in the process of inspection, the requirements of technical specifications and the application requirements of expansion bolt should be considered comprehensively in judging whether the guide support is firm and reliable.
