摘要
为充分了解矿井供电设备杂散电流产生原因,实地调研了井下用电设备,井下交变电缆杂散,电流主要为感应电流、泄漏电流、离子电流。从理论分析得出交变杂散电流将会给矿井带来爆炸、影响系统稳定性、腐蚀电缆、干扰信号等危害,分别从保证架线的绝缘、截断电化学反应条件、减小回流轨电阻、做好日常检查几个方面提出了防治交变电缆杂散电流的措施。通过对井下交变杂散电流危害与防治研究,为矿井认识和预防交变杂散电流奠定了理论基础,对矿井安全生产和节约用电具有重要的现实意义。
In order to fully understand the causes of stray current in mine power supply equipment, the underground electrical equipment was investigated on the spot.The stray current of underground AC cable is mainly induced current, leakage current and ion current.It is concluded from theoretical analysis that alternating stray current will bring explosion, influence system stability, corrode cables, interference signals and other hazards to the mine.Measures to prevent and control stray current of alternating cables were put forward from four aspects: ensuring insulation of overhead cables, cutting off chemical reaction conditions,reducing resistance of reflux rails and doing routine checks.Through the study of hazards and prevention of alternating stray current in underground mine, it lays a theoretical foundation for understanding and preventing alternating stray current in mine,and has important practical significance for mine safety production and energy saving.
