摘要 炼油装置许多设备和管道的材质是奥氏体不锈钢,在石油化工复杂恶劣的环境下,连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂是不锈钢设备和管道的一个重要腐蚀失效类型。总结评述近年来国内外炼油企业腐蚀案例,分析了连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂的腐蚀机理、特征、影响因素及发生部位,探讨了连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂的检测和评价方法,并从环境、材料、设计和施工几个工程实践方面提出了具体防护措施,为炼油行业奥氏体不锈钢材质的设备和管道安全运行提供借鉴。 Austenitic stainless steel is widely used in the main equipment and pipelines of oil refining units. In the complex and severe working conditions of petrochemical industry, polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking is an important corrosion failure type of stainless steel equipment and pipeline. In this paper, corrosion mechanism, characteristics, influencing factors and occurrence sites of polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking were summarized and reviewed, and its detection and evaluation methods were discussed based on the literatures and corrosion cases of refineries in recent years. Specific protective measures were put forward from aspects of environment, material, design and construction, which can be used as reference for the safe operation of austenitic stainless steel in oil refining industry.
