摘要
在信息社会,工作流技术在现代组织管理中发挥的作用越来越大。本文将Aetivhi工作流技术引入薪资管理中,提出了适用于薪资管理的工作流模型,探讨了薪资计算过程中数据的组织与管理,并研发了工作流系统,实现了薪资管理中数据采集、任务分配、数据流转、进度监督等业务流程,有利于管理人员对薪资生成进行跟踪管理,提高了生产效率。
The role of workflow technology in the modern organization management is more and more important in the information society.The paper adopts Activiti workflow technology in compensation management,puts forward the corresponding workflow model,discusses data organization and management in the process of the salary calculation,and developments the workflow system.The system realized the business process such as the data acquisition,task allocation,data flow and schedule control,which helps the managers to track the compensation management and improving the efficiency.
