摘要
燃烧室和激冷室可拆式气化炉是一种新型结构气化炉,具有原材料适应性广、结构简单和操作安全等优点。本文从设备选材、结构设计、压力试验和运输方案等方面对该类气化炉的设计要点进行阐述和分析,为该类气化炉的设计提供有益参考。
The Gasifier with detachable combustion chamber and spray-quench chamber is a new type of structural gasifier,which has the advantages of broad resource of raw material,simple structure,high operating safety.To provide references for the design of the Gasifier,this paper introduces some design essentials of the vessel through the angles of selecting material,physical design,pressure testing and transpotation.
