摘要
探究中华竹鼠肺脏的组织结构,掌握其组织学特征,为中华竹鼠的人工养殖和野生保护提供理论依据。采用常规解剖方法、石蜡制片和H-E染色技术,对中华竹鼠的肺脏进行组织学研究。结果表明:中华竹鼠的肺脏由被膜、实质和间质构成。被膜由外层的间皮和间皮内侧的嗜酸性较强的弹性纤维构成。实质由肺内小支气管的各级分支及终末大量的肺泡构成,其中各级小支气管均无软骨片;从小支气管到终末细支气管,黏膜上皮逐渐变薄,杯状细胞、血管、腺体逐渐减少,平滑肌相对增加。间质包括结缔组织、血管和淋巴管等,竹鼠肺间质大部分较发达,肺内小动脉管壁的平滑肌含量较少。
The tissue structure and the histological characteristics of the lung of Rhizomys sinensis were investigated to provide theoretical basis for the artificial cultivation and wild protection of the Rhizomys sinensis.The routine anatomy methods,paraffin wax production and H-E dyeing technique were used to study the lung tissues.The results showed that the lung was consist of membranes,parenchyma and interstitium.The membrane is composed of outer mesotheliumand and eosinophilic strong elastic fibers inside.The parenchyma was made up of small bronchial branches at all levels and a mass of terminal pulmony alveoli.From the bronchial to the final bronchioles,the mucosal epithelium gradually became thiner,and the goblet cells,blood vessels and glands decrease gradually,while the smooth muscle increased relatively.The interstitium included connective tissue,blood ves-seis,lymphatic vessels and so on.The pulmonary stroma of the bamboo rat was mostly developed,and there was less smooth muscle in the intrapulmonary artery wall.
