磁靶向热敏脂质体在抗肿瘤靶向治疗中的新进展 被引量:4

New Research Progress of Magnetic Thermosensitive Liposomes in Tumor Targeting Therapy

摘要 磁靶向热敏脂质体(MTSLs)制备简单,它可以在外加磁场的作用下随血液循环聚集到靶器官,通过磁热转化升高肿瘤部位的温度,引起脂质体双层的渗透性增加,继而使药物快速释放。MTSLs比普通的脂质体有更强的靶向能力和更好的控制释放特性。MTSLs将化疗药物和磁性材料包裹在一起,能够实现化疗和热疗的综合治疗效果。目前有关磁靶向治疗的研究大多处于动物试验研究阶段,本文对磁靶向热敏脂质体的组成成分、制备、原理、磁靶向性、释药性、在肿瘤热-化疗中的应用等进行归纳总结,以期为临床应用提供参考。 The magnetic thermosensitive liposomes(MTSLs) with simple preparation process can aggregate to the target organs through blood circulation under the action of external magnetic field. Through magnetocaloric transformation, the temperature of target sites is increased, resulting the permeability improvement of liposomal bilayer, followed by fast release of the loading drug. MTSLs have stronger targeting ability and better controlled release characteristics than ordinary liposomes. MTSLs wrap chemotherapeutic drugs and magnetic materials together, which can realize the comprehensive therapeutic effects of chemotherapeutic drugs and thermotherapy. At present, most of the studies on magnetic drug targeting therapy are in the stage of animal experimental research. In this paper, the composition, preparation, principle, magnetic targeting, drug release and application in tumor thermochemotherapy are summarized in order to provide references for clinical application.
