摘要
当前社会发展迅速,建筑工业化不断推进,但在发展的同时也暴露了许多问题。BIM在工业化建筑中已获得了较好的应用。装配式建筑日渐复杂,资源需求量大且效率低下,将BIM技术融入装配式建筑成为必要,开发BIM技术在建筑运维阶段的潜力也是至关重要的。文章基于目前BIM研究现状,对BIM技术在运营阶段数据处理规划、构件维护维修、平台搭建、数据实时监测等阶段进行实例分析。结果表明,BIM技术可以对装配式建筑提供巨大的帮助,但仍然存在一些弊端,如何把它们更好地结合是我们需要探讨的问题。
At present, with the rapid development of society and the continuous promotion of construction industrialization, many problems have been exposed in the process of development. BIM has been applied in industrial buildings. Assembly building is becoming more and more complex, which needs a lot of resources and is inefficient. It is necessary to integrate BIM technology into prefabricated buildings, and it is also crucial to develop the potential of BIM technology in the construction operation and maintenance stage. In this paper, the current situation of BIM research is understood, and the data processing planning, component maintenance and repair, platform building, real-time data monitoring and other views of BIM technology in the operation stage are proposed and analyzed. The results show that BIM technology can provide great help to the assembly building, but there are still some disadvantages. How to combine them better is a problem we need to explore.
