摘要
家庭农场是实现土地适度规模经营的有效路径。基于山西省右玉县100户家庭农场的调查数据,分析了种植结构对家庭农场收入的影响,在此基础之上,采用C-D生产函数建立起土地规模经营的多元线性回归模型,估算了当前经济条件下右玉县实现土地适度规模经营的合理范围。研究发现,右玉县家庭农场的适度经营规模为22 hm2左右;在一定土地经营规模范围内,种植作物种类较少的农户可以发挥规模经营优势,降低管理成本,增加农业收益;农户经营的土地面积、生产资料投入与土地产出均呈现出正相关关系;土地流转协议越规范、时间越长,越有利于土地规模化经营的形成。最后,基于右玉县家庭农场土地规模经营的现实情况提出了相应的对策建议。
Family farm is an effective way to realize moderate scale land management. Based on the survey data of 100 family farms in Youyu county, Shanxi province, this paper analyzed the influence of planting structure on family farm income, and established the multiple linear regression model of land scale management by using C-D production function, and estimated the reasonable range of land scale management in Youyu county under current economic conditions. The study found that the moderate operation scale of family farms in Youyu county was about 22 hectares. Within a certain scope of land operation scale, farmers with fewer varieties of crops could give full play to the advantages of scale operation, and reduce management costs and increase agricultural benefits;among the land area operated by farmers, input of production means and land output there was a positive correlation, respectively;and the more standardized and longer the land transfer agreement, the more conducive to the formation of large-scale land management. Finally, based on the actual situation of large-scale operation of family farm land in Youyu county, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
