摘要
目的研究骨科创伤患者经手术治疗后并发下肢深静脉血栓的预防措施,并观察具体的疗效。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月新疆维吾尔自治区职业病医院骨科行创伤手术治疗患者200例为研究对象,按随机数表法分成对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100)。对照组患者在手术后采取常规药物进行抗凝治疗;观察组患者实施综合性预防措施(药物与物理结合)进行血栓的预防,并对发生并发症的患者采取综合性治疗。观察两组患者下肢静脉血栓的发生情况以及治疗的效果。结果观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。滤器置入联合抗凝的方式与急诊介入方式治疗的总有效率显著高于单纯的抗凝药物治疗的总有效率(P<0.05)。结论骨科创伤患者手术后并发下肢深静脉血栓后,综合性的针对性治疗可以提高患者康复的概率,比单纯的使用抗凝药物治疗效果更加明显,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To study the prevention and treatment of patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after surgical treatment of orthopedic trauma,and observe the effects.Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent trauma surgery in the Orthopedics Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Occupational Disease Hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled and were randomly divided into a control group(n=100)and an observation group(n=100).Patients in the control group received conventional drugs for anticoagulant therapy after surgery;patients in the observation group underwent comprehensive preventive measures(combination of drug and physics)for prevention of thrombosis,and received comprehensive treatment for patients with complications.The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities and the effect of treatment of the two groups were observed.Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower limbs in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of filter implantation combined with anticoagulant therapy and emergency intervention was significantly higher than that of anticoagulant therapy alone(P<0.05).Conclusion For orthopedic trauma patients complicated with lower limb deep vein thrombosis after surgery,comprehensive targeted treatment can improve the recovery rate of patients,which is more obvious than the use of anticoagulant drugs alone.It is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
