摘要
对5G概念板块上市公司科技创新与技术研发和人力资本之间的关系进行了梳理,以2010-201 7年60家中国主板上市的5G概念板块上市公司为研究样本,采用面板数据模型,对技术研发、人力资本对其技术创新的影响进行了实证研究。研究表明,5G概念板块上市公司的技术研发、人力资本、企业规模对公司的技术创新皆有积极影响,同时5G概念板块上市公司对科技创新异质性明显。提出5G概念板块上市公司在保证扩充人力资本和扩大研发投入的前提下,结合自身特色注重多元化科技创新发展等对策。
The relationship between scientific and technological innovation, technology research and development, and human capital of listed companies in the 5 G concept sector was combed. Based on a sample of 60 5 G concept companies listed on the main board of China from 2010 to 2017, the panel data model was used to conduct empirical research on the impact of technological research and development and human capital on their technological innovation. Research shows that technology research and development, human capital, and enterprise size of listed companies in the 5 G concept sector have a positive impact on the company’s technological innovation, and that listed companies in the 5 G concept sector have significant heterogeneity in technological innovation. Put forward the countermeasures of listed companies in the 5 G concept segment, focusing on diversified technological innovation and development in combination with their own characteristics, while ensuring the expansion of human capital and investment in research and development.
