摘要
运用因子分析法结合我国各省份实际情况构建了投资便利化水平测度体系。该投资便利化测度体系包含基础设施、制度环境、市场准入、营商环境4个一级指标,客运周转量、互联网客户端数量、知识产权保护、政府行政效率、融资便利度、法治水平、对外开放度等12个二级指标,对我国29个省份2010-2016年的投资便利化水平进行了测评。结合影响投资便利化水平的不同指标,从基础设施建设、法治水平、营商环境、降低投资壁垒、加强国际合作进程5个方面为提高我国投资便利化水平提出了针对性建议。
This paper constructs a set of investment facilitation level measurement system based on the actual situation of each province in China.The factor analysis method is used to compare and compare the investment facilitation levels of 29 provinces in China from 2010 to 2016,and through correlation analysis.The quantitative score of investment facilitation level is significantly positively correlated with the introduction of FDI flows.Then,combined with different indicators affecting the level of investment facilitation,from the six aspects of infrastructure construction,rule of law level,business environment,reducing investment barriers,participating in the reform of international investment system,and strengthening the process of international cooperation,this paper proposes to improve the level of investment facilitation in China.Targeted recommendations.
