摘要
基于中国2006-2017年省级面板数据,文章运用动态空间杜宾模型,实证检验了国际技术溢出对"本地-邻地"绿色技术创新效率的直接效应与溢出效应,并在此基础上进一步探讨制度环境在其中的非线性调节作用。研究发现:国际技术溢出存在显著的空间交互性效应,整体上国际技术溢出对绿色技术创新效率呈显著促进作用;FDI和对外贸易均促进了本区域绿色技术创新效率,跨区域溢出效应还促进了其他区域的效率,而OFDI的区域溢出效应不显著;国际技术溢出会受到制度质量调节作用,且随着制度质量跨越不同的门槛值,国际技术溢出对绿色技术创新效率的正向促进作用越明显。
Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2006 to 2017,this paper uses the dynamic spatial Dubin model to empirically test the direct and spillover effects of international technology spillover on "local neighboring" green technology innovation,and further discusses the non-linear regulatory role of institutional environment in it.The results show that there is a significant spatial interaction effect of international technology spillover,which promotes the efficiency of green technology innovation;FDI and foreign trade both promote the efficiency of green technology innovation in this region,cross regional spillover effect also promotes the efficiency of other regions,while the regional spillover effect of OFDI is not significant;international technology spillover will be regulated by the system quality,and with the system quality across different thresholds,the positive role of the multi-channel international technology spillover in promoting the efficiency of green technology innovation is more obvious.
