摘要
近年来,随着科技的高速发展,智能物流逐渐成为时下热点,物流机器人越来越普及,尤其在人力成本不断上涨的背景下,物流机器人被越来越多地用于日趋复杂的业务以减少劳务成本。但是,业务的复杂性使物流机器人的应用方案以及系统流程异常多变,导致人员与机器人数量的配置会随之发生改变,且库房每天的订单量都在波动变化,促销时更为严重,因此制定每天的劳务雇佣数量是每个库房的重要工作,也是影响库房业绩的重要指标。以天津武清区科捷机器人仓为背景,研究一个模拟订单拣选流程的仿真程序,能够改变机器人、劳务人员的数量从而得到不同的拣选效率,作为优化人员配置的依据,最终得到优化配置结果。
In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,intelligent logistics have gradually become a hot topic,and logistics robots have become more and more popular.Especially in the background of continuously rising labor costs,logistics robots have been more and more frequently applied in complicated business to reduce labor costs.However,the complexity of business makes the application solution and system flow of logistics robot very changeable,resulting in a change of the configuration of the number of personnel and robots in different scenes.In addition,the daily order quantity of the warehouse is fluctuating,especially when it comes to promotion days.Therefore,it is an important work for each warehouse to establish the number of daily labor employment,and it is also an important indicator affecting the performance of the warehouse.Based on Kejie robotic warehouse in Wuqing district of Tianjin,this paper studies a simulation program to simulate the order picking process,which can change the number of robots and labors to get different efficiency.And as the basis for optimizing staffing,it finally gets the result of optimized configuration.
