摘要
目的分析新疆某三级综合医院2014—2018年“过程及结果类”护理敏感质量指标,了解医院护理质量现状并提出改进建议,为新疆护理敏感质量指标基准值建立提供参考。方法回顾医院2014—2018年“过程及结果类”护理敏感质量指标数据,采用“基准比较”的方法,包括以年度为基准的医院自身纵向比较和以区域、全国为基础的医院间横向比较。结果医院2014—2018年“过程及结果类”护理敏感质量指标按年度自身比较有升有降;按不同的层级横向比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院2014—2018年“过程及结果类”护理敏感质量指标通过国家护理质量数据平台进行比较有升有降,需持续改进。
Objective To analyze the process and outcome of nursing sensitive quality index which aimed to understand the current situation of hospital nursing quality and provide insight on improvement from a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang from 2014 to 2018,to provide reference for the establishment of Xinjiang nursing sensitive quality index.Methods All data of“process and outcome”nursing sensitive quality indicators were obtained from a tertiary hospital from 2014 to 2018.The benchmark comparison method was used,including the annual longitudinal comparison of hospitals themselves and the horizontal comparison of the hospitals based on the national benchmark.Results The 2014 to 2018“process and outcome”nursing sensitive quality indicators of the hospital increased or decreased according to the year itself;the horizontal comparison at different levels was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion From 2014 to 2018“process and outcome”nursing sensitive quality indicators of the hospital were compared up and down through the national nursing quality data platform,which needs continuous improvement.
