摘要
废锂离子电池中钴金属含量高,具有回收价值。为了提高钴金属的回收率,采用胺类萃取剂甲基三辛基氯化铵(TOMAC)和磷酸类萃取剂Cyanex272,在各自最优条件下对废锂离子电池中的钴进行萃取回收,比较萃取回收率,确定最佳的钴萃取剂。结果表明:在25℃反应条件下,萃取剂TOMAC在浓度为0.8 M、O/A=2、初始pH为4及氯离子浓度为5.5 M的条件下,对钴的一级萃取率为98.09%;Cyanex272在浓度为0.56 M、O/A=1、初始pH为4及皂化率为76.7%的条件下,对钴的一级萃取率达99.95%。经反萃后,TOMAC和Cyanex272对钴的回收率分别达到98.00%和98.37%。经成本分析,从废锂离子电池回收1 kg钴,采用TOMAC和Cyanex272的成本分别是26000元和35000元。因此,从废锂离子电池中萃取回收金属钴,采用萃取剂TOMAC更经济。
The content of cobalt in spent lithium ion batteries is high and has recycling value.Solvent extraction studies of cobalt from the spent lithium ion batteries have been focused on using amine(TOMAC)and acid(Cyanex272)extractants to get cobalt metal with high recovery.Under the respective optimal conditions,the extraction rates were compared to determine which is the best cobalt extractant.The results showed that under the reaction condition of 25℃,the primary extraction rate of cobalt extracted by TOMAC was 98.09% at the concentration of 0.8M,O/A of 2,initial pH of 4 and chloride ion concentration of 5.5 M;for Cyanex272,the primary extraction rate for cobalt extraction was 99.95% with the condition of Cyanex272 concentration of 0.56 M,O/A of 1,initial pH of 4 and the saponification rate of 76.7%The recovery rates of cobalt by TOMAC and Cyanex272 reached 98.0% and 98.37% respectively after the stripping.According to the economic analysis,TOMAC and Cyanex272 are used to recover cobalt from spent lithium ion batteries,their costs are 26,000 yuan/kg cobalt and 35,000 yuan/kg cobalt respectively.Therefore,TOMAC is the best extractant.to recover cobalt metal from spent lithium ion batteries.
