摘要 聚苯乙烯微球标准物质广泛应用于液体颗粒计数器、激光粒度分析仪等水质检测仪器的校准及期间核查中。温度对于聚苯乙烯聚合反应过程影响极大,直接决定了聚苯乙烯微球合成产出颗粒的粒径大小及分布。设计了用于聚苯乙烯微球制备的水浴锅恒控系统,采用Pt电阻温度传感器检测反应混合液温度,利用单片机检测温度传感器的模拟信号,利用单片机输出管脚控制水浴锅加热器,将温度控制在要求范围内,保障了合成反应效率,在聚苯乙烯微球生产行业具有广泛应用价值。 Polystyrene microsphere standard substance is widely used in calibrations and intermediate checks of liquid particle counters, laser particle size analyzers and so on. Temperature has a great influence on the polymerization reaction of polystyrene, which determines the size and distribution of particles produced by polystyrene microsphere synthesis. This article is to design a constant control system of water bath kettle used for polystyrene microsphere production, measuring temperature of reaction mixture by Pt resistance temperature sensor, capturing the analog signal by singlechip, controlling temperature of the kettle heater by the output base pin of singlechip, keeping temperature within the demanding interval, and ensuring a high reaction efficiency, which can be widely used in polystyrene microsphere production industry.
