摘要
建设自治、法治、德治相结合的乡村治理体系,是我党着眼于新时代乡村社会转型发展和实现乡村振兴战略的本质要求。"三治合一"乡村治理体系是符合我国国情的,能够更好更快地推进农业农村现代化。现阶段我国乡村治理有哪些突出问题和矛盾?自治、法治、德治如何协调和搭配?这些都是关系我国乡村长远发展的现实问题。文章通过分析整合治理模式的可行性,并以台州市乡村治理模式为案例,寻找释困的路径,探讨科学有效的治理路径。
Building the rural governance system of ’combination of three governance’ is the essential requirement of our party to focus on the rural social transformation and realize the rural revitalization strategy.What are the outstanding problems in China’s rural governance at the present?How to combine autonomy,rule of law and rule by virtue?These are all real problems that affect the long-term development of our countryside.This paper takes the rural governance model of Taizhou as a case to find a way to relieve difficulties and explore a scientific and effective governance path.
