摘要
针对基于MOS电阻阵列的红外成像目标模拟器系统在工程应用中产生冷反的问题,本文分析了MOS电阻阵列结构特点和MOS电阻阵列红外成像目标模拟器存在的问题。利用MOS电阻阵列表面的镜面特性,提出了一种解决冷反现象的设计策略,以及成像目标模拟系统集成的光机调试方法,并验证了该设计策略和集成方法的有效性。
The infrared imaging target simulator system based on MOS resistor array generates a cold reflection problem in engineering applications. For this problem, the structural characteristics of MOS resistor array and the problems of MOS resistor array infrared imaging target simulator are analyzed. Based on the mirror characteristics of the surface on the MOS resistor array, a design strategy to solve the cold reflection problem is proposed, the imaging target simulation system integration and debugging method is put forward. The effectiveness of the design strategy and integration method is verified.
