摘要
目的:梳理Sm2Co17型高使用温度永磁材料的研究现状。方法:从成分、新旧制备工艺、理论分析及表面处理等方面综述了高使用温度Sm2Co17型永磁材料的研究现状。结果:新理论分析方法在一定程度上揭示了微结构和磁性能的温度依赖关系,新工艺可获得比旧工艺更高的高温磁性能,但仍然存在一定局限性。结论:目前Sm2Co17型永磁材料已获得较好的磁性能及应用,但为了进一步提高其高温磁性能并为新一代高使用温度永磁材料的开发提供基础,今后对更深层次显微结构与磁性能的关联机制进行研究是很有必要的。
Aims: This paper aims to review the progress of Sm2Co17-based high temperature permanent magnets. Methods: This review described the development progress of Sm2Co17-based high temperature permanent magnets from the perspctives of composition, preparation, theoretical analysis and surface treatment. Results: The new theoretical analysis method could partly reveal the temperature dependence relationships between the magnetic properties and the microstructure of the magnets. The new process could optimize the high temperature magnetic properties although with some limitations. Conclusions: Sm2Co17 permanent magnet materials have perfect magnetic properties and wide applications. To improve the high temperature magnetic properties, it is necssary to further study the relationship between the microstructure and magnetic properties of the magnets.
