摘要
一种长管拖车用爆破片夹持器部件多次发现开裂,开裂部件为同一型号,材料为H62黄铜,并且开裂形式类似,应为同一种失效原因。通过对一个典型失效部件进行研究,采用宏观检查、金相观察、电子电镜观察、能谱成分分析等手段,发现失效原因是应力腐蚀开裂。该失效与锌含量相关,建议更换06Cr19Ni10,022Cr17Ni12Mo2等材料。
A component of bursting disc holder for tube trailer was found to crack many times. The cracking components were of the same type,and the material was H62 brass. The cracking form was similar,which should be the same failure cause. Through the study of a typical failed component,by means of macroscopic inspection,metallographic observation,electronic electron microscopic observation,and energy spectrum component analysis,it was found that the cause of failure was stress corrosion cracking.This is related to the zinc content,and it is recommended to replace materials such as 06 Cr19 Ni10 and 022 Cr17 Ni12 Mo2.
