摘要
目的:应用锥形束CT(CBCT)测量分析不同年龄组下颌前倾阻生第三磨牙根尖与下颌神经管位置关系,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:选择100例下颌第三磨牙前倾阻生患者行CBCT检查,其中16-18岁30例50颗,19-25岁36例61颗,25岁以上34例55颗。应用三维后处理软件进行根尖与下颌神经管位置关系测量分析,分析不同性别、不同年龄组根尖与下颌神经管接触率、根尖至下颌神经管最短距离。结果:①男、女组间根尖与下颌神经管接触率、根尖至下颌神经管最短距离差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05);②19-25岁、25岁以上年龄组根尖与下颌神经管接触率分别为21.31%、18.18%,显著低于16-18岁年龄组的40.00%接触率,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);③下颌前倾阻生第三磨牙根尖至下颌神经管最短距离3个年龄组两两比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:16-18岁年龄组下颌前倾阻生第三磨牙根尖与下颌神经管关系相对密切。
Objective:CBCT was used to analyze the relationship between the third molar root tip that was forward tilting of mandibular and the mandibular canal,which provided a reference for clinical treatment. Methods:CBCT was performed in 100 patients with anterior pendulum of the mandibular third molar. Among them,there were 30 cases of 50 teeth in 16-18 years old,36 cases of 61 teeth in 19 -25 years old,and 34 cases of 55 teeth in 25 years old and above. Three-dimensional post-processing software was used to measure and analyze the positional relationship between apical and mandibular neural tubes. The apical and mandibular canal contact rate and the shortest distance from the apex to the mandibular canal were ana-lyzed in different genders and age groups. Results:①There were no significant difference in the contact rate between apical and mandibular canal and the shortest distance from apical to mandibular canal in male and female groups(all P> 0.05). ② The apical and mandibular canal contact rates of 19-25 years old and over 25 years old age group were 21.31% and 18.18%,respectively,which was significantly lower than40.00% that of the 16-18 age group. The difference was statistically significant. ③The shortest distance between the apex of the mandibular third molar and the mandibular nerve tube were statistically significant between every two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion:In the age of 16-18 years old group,the third root of the mandibular anterior tilting is relatively closely related to the mandibular canal.
