摘要
[目的/意义]当前智慧化的迅速普及导致个人隐私安全性的风险日益加剧,以数据隐私泄露为主的事件常有发生。基于二元论的视角,在泛在智慧环境的大背景下,以企业的隐私策略为研究对象,聚焦企业对于个人隐私的保密策略与披露策略选择(即企业二元策略),同时考虑隐私保护相关技术投入与企业的管理强度的调节作用(即二元调节)。[方法/过程]通过调查并利用SPSS等工具对242份个人隐私保护效用问卷数据进行多层回归分析。[结果/结论]结果发现:企业对个人隐私的保密策略与个人隐私保护效用存在正向关系;企业对个人隐私的披露策略与个人隐私保护效用存在倒U型关系;企业的技术投入和管理强度在二元策略与个人隐私保护效用之间均存在显著的正向调节作用,而技术投入的正向调节作用更为显著。
[Purpose/Significance]The rapid popularization of intellectualization at present leads to the increasing risk of personal privacy security,and data privacy disclosure-based incidents often occur.Based on the perspective of dualism,under the background of ubiquitous wisdom environment,this paper focuses on the privacy strategy of enterprises,focusing on the relative privacy strategy and appropriate disclosure strategy(i.e.enterprise dualistic strategy)of enterprises for personal privacy.At the same time,it considers the moderating effect of investment in privacy protection related technology and management intensity of enterprises.(i.e.binary regulation).[Method/Process]242 questionnaires on the effectiveness of privacy protection were investigated and analyzed by using SPSS and other tools.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that:there is a positive relationship between the relative privacy strategy and the effectiveness of privacy protection;there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the appropriate disclosure strategy and the effectiveness of privacy protection;the technical input and management intensity of enterprises are in the dual strategy and personal privacy.There is a significant positive regulatory role between protection effectiveness,and the positive regulatory role of technology input is more significant.
