摘要
[目的/意义]产学协同创新是重要的创新模式,对不同类型产学协同创新主体的发明专利质量进行探析,以期为加快实施专利质量提升工程、建设知识产权强国、推进中国经济向高质量发展阶段转变奠定研究基础。[方法/过程]从1985-2016年国家知识产权局公开发布的专利文献中提取了由高校和企业联合成功申请的发明专利,根据专利权人字段将一条专利信息转化为由一所高校和一家企业构成的二元组数据,并将高校划分为双一流和其他两类,企业划分为国企、民营、其他三类,共获得了六种不同类型的产学协同创新主体。从授权、被引、续期、权利要求项数、专利族、市场运用六维度,对产学协同创新的发明专利质量进行了剖析。[结果/结论]研究表明:就高校而言,双一流高校参与创造的产学专利质量颇高,而其他类型高校也在不断加强自身的知识产权建设;就企业而言,国有企业曾是创造较高质量产学专利的重要来源,民营企业与高校建立合作关系的诉求不断增强且质量不断提升,其他企业的变化不是很大;就校企合作类型而言,双一流高校与国企联合产出的发明专利质量最高。
[Purpose/Significance]Collaborative innovation between industrial and academic sectors is an important innovation mode.This paper has explored the quality of invention patents of different types of collaborative innovation subjects,with a view to laying a research foundation for speeding up the implementation of patent quality improvement projects,building a strong intellectual property country and promoting the transformation of China's economy to a high-quality stage of development.[Method/Process]From the patent documents published by the China National Intellectual Property Administration from 1985 to 2016,the invention patents successfully applied by universities and firms have been extracted.According to the patentee field,a patent information is transformed into a dyad data consisting of a university and a firm.And the university has been divided into two categories,they are"Double First-Class"universities and others,the firm has been divided into three categories,they are state-owned enterprises,private-owned enterprises and others,then six different types of collaborative innovation subjects have been obtained.From the six dimensions of grant,citation,renewal,number of claims,patent family and market application,the quality of invention patents for collaborative innovation between industrial and academic sectors has been analyzed.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that:from the perspective of universities,the quality of patents created by Double First-Class universities is quite high,while others are constantly strengthening their own intellectual property rights construction;from the perspective of firms,state-owned enterprises used to be the source of creating higher quality patents and the demand for private-owned enterprises to establish collaborative relations with universities is constantly increasing with the continuous improvement of quality,whereas the changes of other enterprises are not very great;from the perspective of the types of university-industry collaborations,the quality of invention
