激光照明漫反射椭球腔的光学系统设计

Design on optical system with laser illumination using diffuse reflection ellipsoid cavity

摘要 本文提出了一种激光照明漫反射椭球腔的光学系统。通过分析高炉料面实测数据拟合料面模型,以漫反射椭球腔为研究对象,用于实现激光光束的二次配光。采用Tracepro软件进行仿真,根据椭球腔离心率e以及其与光轴旋转角度θ设计光学系统,并对出射光线以及模拟料面的仿真结果进行了分析。结果表明:通过对比光纤激光直射照明和间接照明方式下的目标面照明可以发现,漫反射椭球腔间接照明辐照度均匀性更高,光斑质量更优,当椭球腔离心率e为0.857,旋转角度为25°,该光学系统的光线利用率为89.60%,在料面半径尺寸为2000mm时,光均匀性可达89.4%。 An optical system with laser illumination using ellipsoid cavity is proposed in this paper.The material surface model is fitted by analyzing the measured data of the blast furnace material surface.The diffuse reflection ellipsoid cavity is used as the research object to realize the secondary light distribution of the laser beam.The simulation was carried out with the software Tracepro,the optical system was designed according to the ellipsoidal cavity eccentricity e and its optical axis rotation angle θ,and the simulation results of the emergent light and the simulated material surface were analyzed The results indicate that indirect illumination which employs diffuse reflection ellipsoid cavity has higher irradiance uniformity and better spot quality,while comparing with the target surface illumination under the direct and indirect illuminatioa When ellipsoidal cavity eccentricity of ellipsoid cavity e is 0.857 and the rotation angle is 25°,the optical system’s light utilization ratio is 89.60%,when the radius of material surface is 2000 mm,the light uniformity can reach 89.4%.
