摘要
1970年,柏林IBA提出"谨慎的城市更新"理念,对统一后的德国城市规划,尤其是衰败地区的激活与复兴具有重要影响。本文从城市考古、城市修复与博物馆叙事3个角度,研究了德国建筑年鉴2017年度最佳新建筑汉萨同盟历史博物馆周边地区的保护与规划内容,呈现了德国遗产保护理念的延续及新动向,为我国遗址地区保护与规划设计提供启发。
In the 1970 s,IBA(Berlin)put forward the concept of"Careful Urban Regeneration",which had an important impact on reunited German urban planning,especially on the activation and revival of declining areas.This paper studies the protection and planning of Hansemuseum from three aspects of urban archaeology,urban renovation and museum narrative,which is the best new architecture in German in the year 2017,awarded by German Architectural Museum.It presents the continuation and new trend of German heritage protection concept,and provides inspiration for the protection and planning design of the heritage areas in China.
