摘要
在我国城镇化进程中,乡村实用性规划不系统、乡村建设无序的问题严重,而推进城乡基本公共服务均等化,并完善乡村治理体系的一种空间模式"多村一社区",将成为新农村社区建设可持续发展的新范式。本文通过对绿色增长内涵特征的解析和对农村社区建设发展的探究,分析绿色增长导向下"多村一社区"发展作用机理,总结了当前农村社区存在的生态、设施、产业、文化、治理五个方面的发展问题,并试图从生态维育保护、空间功能重塑、产业融合提升、文化传承塑新、治理提效塑造等几个方面,探寻基于绿色增长的多村一社区空间协调发展途径。
In the process of urbanization in China,there is a serious problem of no systematic and practical planning and disordered rural construction.To promote the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas and improve the rural governance system,a spatial model of"multi villages and one community"will become a new paradigm for the sustainable development of new rural community construction.By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of green growth and exploring the construction and development of rural communities,this paper analyzes the development mechanism of"multi villages and one community"under the guidance of green growth,summarizes the current development problems of rural communities in five aspects:ecology,facilities,industry,culture and governance,and attempts to build a new model from ecological maintenance and protection,spatial function reconstruction,industrial integration and promotion,and cultural inheritance and shaping,and governance promotion,etc.to explore the coordinated development path of multi village and community space based on green growth.
