摘要
新经济的发展促使传统劳动关系发生诸多变革,产生诸多新问题。工会组织该如何变革工会组建方式,才能应对新的挑战,是一个无法回避的现实问题。为了应对新经济的挑战,各级工会在全国总工会的部署下,开展了新业态新领域新模式的建会实践。以"有效扩大工会组织覆盖面"为目标,新经济背景下的建会入会既独立又交叉在传统的工会组建工作中,并以推动八大群体入会展示新作为。但现行工会组建也依然存在着自上而下推动等问题。因此,各级工会应在广覆盖的目标之下,切实调研职工需求,围绕新经济背景下职工需求的变化采取措施回应和满足,如此才能获得职工群众的真认同。这是工会组织应对新经济发展变革的根本之道。
The development of the new economy has promoted many changes in traditional labor relations and created many new problems. How can a trade union organization change the way unions are formed in order to meet new challenges? This is unavoidable reality. In order to meet the challenges of the new economy, under the deployment of the National Federation of Trade Unions, trade unions at all levels carried out the practices of establishing new associations in new formats, new fields, and new models. With the goal of "effectively expanding the coverage of trade union organizations", the establishment of unions under the new economic background joined the association. It is both independent and intersecting in the traditional union formation work and shows the new actions by promoting the joining of the eight major groups. However, the current formation of trade unions also has problems such as the top-down promotion. Therefore, trade unions at all levels should effectively investigate the needs of employees under the goal of wide coverage and take measures to respond to and meet the changes in the needs of employees in the new economic context, so as to obtain the true recognition of the workers. This is the fundamental way for trade unions to respond to the development and reform of the new economy.
