摘要
随着当前我国社会经济的飞速发展,我国各个行业和社会民众对于电能的需求也在不断提升。在这种大背景下,火力发电厂自身运作成效就成为了我国电力行业的关键要素。而汽机设备是各个火力发电厂的关键设备,也需要引起充分的重视。因此,先阐述了火力发电厂汽机设备安全运行的重要意义,在明确设备运行问题的基础上,最终从做好汽机设备的质量检验工作、优化汽机设备的热力设定内容、保证设备日常清洁工作的质量、规范设备操作过程中的规程、灵活开展构件的降温工作五个方面,提出了汽机设备安全有效运行的技术对策。
With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the demand for electric energy in various industries and social circles in China is also constantly improving.In this context,the effectiveness of the thermal power plant itself has become a key element of China’s power industry.The turbine equipment is the key equipment of various thermal power plants,and it needs to be paid full attention.This paper first expounds the importance of the safe operation of steam turbine equipment in thermal power plants.On the basis of clarifying the operational problems of the equipment,the quality inspection work of the turbine equipment is optimized,the thermal setting content of the turbine equipment is optimized,and the daily cleaning work of the equipment is guaranteed.The technical measures of safe and effective operation of turbine equipment are proposed in five aspects:quality,standard procedures in the operation of equipment,and flexible cooling of components.
