摘要
酰胺质子转移(APT)成像是一种基于化学交换饱和转移(CEST)的分子MRI技术。APT成像在胶质瘤术前分级、基因突变的预测、脑肿瘤的鉴别及治疗后评估等方面显示了良好的应用前景。但一些病理改变(如富含蛋白的囊肿、血肿、脑转移瘤的周围水肿区)也可表现为APT信号增加,要注意与恶性肿瘤的鉴别。综述CEST/APT成像的原理、临床应用、局限性及发展方向。
Amide proton transfer(APT)imaging is a new molecular magnetic resonance imaging technology based on chemical exchange saturation transfer(CEST).APT imaging has shown broad prospects in prediction of malignancy grade and genetic mutation in gliomas,differentiation of brain tumors,and evaluation of treatment effects.However,other pathological changes(such as cysts filled with protein-containing fluid,hematomas,and edematous areas surrounding brain metastases)can be characterized by increased APT signals,which should be differentiated from malignant tumors.This review describes the theory of CEST/APT imaging,clinical application,limitations and future development.
