摘要
文章以保集英郡二期项目为例,针对低层的高密度居住区外部空间设计进行相关阐述和分析,并归纳和总结了一些相关措施方法,以期可以有效地解决此类住宅小区经常面临的封闭感和压迫感等问题,更好地为住区人们营造一个优雅舒适的外部环境。
Taking Boill Yingjun phase II project as example,this paper expounds and analyzes outer space design of high density residential community of low floor.Measures are summarized to effectively address the problems of closeness and constriction that high density residential communities are often facing up,so as to better provide an elegant and comfortable outer environment for the community residents.
