摘要
在含盐量较高的滨海城市电厂污水回用反渗透系统设计中,设置段间增压泵的可行性、必要性,同时提出利用段间能量回收装置取代段间增压泵,并以4万m3/d的污水回用工程为例,阐述用段间能量回收装置替代段间增压泵可以减少反渗透系统的运行能耗,降低污水深度处理的运行成本。经过计算比较,结果证明,当系统进水的含盐量≥2500 mg/L时,设置段间增压泵,吨水电耗可以降低0.1 kwh以上;总的含盐量为7094 mg/L时,利用段间能量回收装置取代段间增压泵,每年可以为电厂节约用电近3百万kwh。
In the design of reverse osmosis system for high salt wastewater reuse in coastal city power plant,it is feasible and necessary to set up middle booster pump,At the same time,it is proposed to replace middle booster pump with energy recovery device,Taking 40000 m3/d wastewater reuse project as an example,it is expounded that replacing middle booster pump with energy recovery device can reduce the operation energy consumption of reverse osmosis system and reduce wastewater Operation cost of advanced treatment.After calculation and comparison,the results show that when the salt content of the raw water is≥2500 mg/L,the power consumption per ton of water can be reduced by more than 0.1 kwh by setting the middle booster pump;when the total salt content is more 7094 mg/L,the middle energy recovery device can replace the middle booster pump,which can save nearly 3 million kwh of power for the power plant every year.
