摘要
使用氯硅烷残液和磷酸钠处理按木屑,分别在400℃、500℃、600℃条件下制备活性炭-二氧化硅(C-SiO2)复合型吸附材料。对吸附材料形貌进行SEM表征。研究吸附剂用量、吸附温度、吸附时间对吸附材料吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明:振荡频率为120 r/min条件下,500℃、600℃制备的吸附材料在处理低浓度活性红染料溶液时表现出良好的脱色效果,0.5 g材料即可达到97%以上的脱色率。吸附材料的吸附行为符合Freundlich等温线模型。
Chlorosilane residual liquid and sodium phosphate were used to treat eucalyptus sawdust,the activated carbon-silica composite materials were prepared at 400℃,500℃and 600℃,respectively.The morphology of C-SiO2 was characterized by SEM.The effects of the amount of adsorbent,adsorption temperature and adsorption time on the adsorption properties of the adsorbent were studied.The experimental results show that the adsorption materials prepared at 500℃and 600℃have good decolorization effect in the treatment of low concentration reactive red dye solution under the condition of 120 r/min oscillation frequency,and the decolorization rate of 0.5 g material can reach over 97%.The adsorption behavior of the C-SiO2 adsorbent conforms to Freundlich isotherm model.
