摘要
目的探讨微创拔牙术在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月就诊于我院口腔科行下颌阻生智齿拔除患者120例作为研究对象,根据手术方法不同分为两组,各60例。对照组采用传统凿骨劈冠法,实验组采用微创拔牙术,将两组手术时间、术中、术后并发症进行对比并统计分析。结果实验组平均手术时间(23.60±4.55)min,对照组平均手术时间(38.10±9.50)min,实验组明显短于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组术中并发症根折、软组织创伤、邻牙损伤、舌侧骨板骨折等发生率比较,实验组明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组术后疼痛、面部肿胀和张口受限程度显著轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创拔牙术应用于下颌阻生智齿拔除,手术时间短,术中、术后并发症少,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive tooth extraction surgery for extraction of the mandible impacted wisdom tooth.Methods A total of 120 patients who were admitted to the Stomatology Department of our hospital for mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into two groups,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional chisel osteotomy,while the experimental group was treated with minimally invasive tooth extractionsurgery.The operative time,intraoperative and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Results The mean operation time in the experimental group was(23.60±4.55)min,and the mean operation time in the control group was(38.10±9.50)min.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The mean operation time in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of intraoperative complications such as root fracture,soft tissue trauma,adjacent tooth injury and lingual plate fracture were significantly different between the two groups,and the incidence of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The degrees of postoperative pain,facial swelling and mouth opening limitation in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive tooth extractionsurgery applied in the extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth has shorter operation time and fewer intraoperative and postoperative complications.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
