摘要
采用氢氧化镁凝胶作为特种防腐涂层,探究其在污水输送干线中的应用可行性。现场试验结果表明:污水输送干线在喷涂氢氧化镁凝胶后,管壁pH值可以达到8.5以上,可有效预防管道因酸性环境而遭受腐蚀;同时,氢氧化镁凝胶可稳定附着在管道内壁。氢氧化镁凝胶表现出优越的防腐性能,有效地提高排水管道的抗腐蚀性能,能为后续新型防腐工艺的开发提供理论支撑和技术指导。
A new type of magnesium hydroxide gel is used as a special anticorrosive coating,and its application feasibility in sewage transportation trunk line is explored.The field test results show that after spraying magnesium hydroxide gel coating,pH value of the pipe could be above 8.5,which gready prevents the pipeline from being corroded by acidic environment.At the same time,the adhesion between magnesium hydroxide gel and pipeline wall is pretty well.Magnesium hydroxide gels show excellent anticorrosive properties,effectively improve corrosion resistance of drainage pipes,and provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the development of new anti-corrosion technologies.
