摘要
[目的]汉化血液透析病人饮食治疗态度量表(ASDTH),并进行信效度考评。[方法]对英文版ASDTH进行翻译、修改、回译、跨文化调适及预调查;便利抽取2019年1月—2019年2月在天津市某三级甲等医院肾脏病血液净化中心门诊进行血液透析的病人322例进行调查,并考评其信效度。[结果]中文版ASDTH包括3个维度、13个条目;各条目水平的、全体一致及平均内容效度指数分别为0.83~1.00,0.88和0.98;共提取3个公因子,旋转后各条目的因子载荷量为0.548~0.897,累积解释变异量的59.679%;验证性因子分析的模型适配度良好;总量表及各维度Cronbach's α系数为0.815~0.849;其重测信度为0.765~0.838。[结论]中文版ASDTH具有良好的信效度,可作为评估血液透析病人饮食治疗态度的工具。
Objective:To translate the Attitude Scale for the Dietary Therapy of Hemodialysis Patients(ASDTH)into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods:Firstly,the English version of ASDTH was translated into Chinese.Then Chinese version was modified,backtranslated,cross-cultural adjusted and pre-surveyed.A total of 322 hemodialysis patients from the outpatient department of the blood purification center for kidney disease in a tertiary grade A hospital in Tianjin were recruited and surveyed by convenience sampling method from January to February 2019.And its reliability and validity were tested and assessed.Results:The Chinese version of ASDTH included 3 dimensions,involving 13 items.The item-level content validity index ranged from 0.83 to 1.00.And validity indexs for unanimity and average content were 0.88 and 0.98 respectively.There were 3 extracted common factors.After rotation,factor load of each item was from 0.548 to 0.897,and could accumulatively explain 59.679%of variation.The model of confirmatory factor analysis has good fitness.The Cronbach'sαcoefficients of total scale and each dimension ranged from 0.815 to 0.849.And retest reliability indexes of above dimensions were from 0.765 to 0.838.Conclusion:The Chinese version of ASDTH has good reliability and validity.The Chinese version of ASDTH can be used as a measurement tool to evaluate hemodialysis patients'attitude toward dietary therapy.
