摘要
合理的PCB板安装固定对保障整个电路控制的可靠性非常重要,文中主要介绍家用电器PCB板的安装孔的优化。通过ANSYS的辅助分析,预测PCB在接插件非正常插拔时产生的最大变形,通过对比不同的方案,达到寻找最优的安装孔位和孔数量的目的。
Reasonable PCB board mounting and fixing is very important to ensure the reliability of the whole circuit control. The paper mainly introduces the optimization of the mounting holes of the PCB board of household appliances.Through the auxiliary analysis of ANSYS, the maximum deformation of the PCB when the connector is abnormally inserted and removed is predicted. By comparing different schemes, the purpose of finding the optimal mounting hole position and the number of holes is achieved.
