摘要
针对中职学校对师资人才需求的特点,以培养"双师型"人才为目的,构建了校-企-校协同培养职教师资人才培养模式。通过分析目前校-企-校合作过程中存在的问题,并提出了解决的方法;探索实施校-企-校合作修订人才培养方案、教学资源开发、师资培训、横向课题开发、课程体系设置和实训基地的建设等。广西科技大学实践表明,该模式可以取得良好的效果。
In view of the demand for teachers with experience in secondary vocational schools,with the aim of cultivating"double–talents teachers",a school-enterprise-school co-cultivation mode for the teachers was constructed.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the actual school-enterprise-school cooperation process,we proposed a solution and explored the implementation of school-enterprise-school cooperation by revising the student training programs,development of teaching resources,training for teachers,horizontal project development,courses programs and training base construction.The practice applied in Guangxi University of Science and Technology shows that this mode has achieved good results.
