摘要
综述了新鲜果蔬在长期载人航天中的应用实践,结合航天特因环境分析地外空间新鲜果蔬种植面临的技术挑战,为开展新鲜果蔬航天应用研究提供参考。
This paper summarizes the application practice of fresh fruits and vegetables in long-term manned space flight, and analyzes the technical challenges in fresh fruits and vegetables cultivation in extraterrestrial space under space special environment, which provides reference for the application research of fresh fruit and vegetable in space.
