摘要
为了解决苏州地铁浒墅关车辆段扩建工程中试车线道砟厚度不足的问题,利用“车辆-轨道-基础”三维动力学仿真模型模拟实际工况,计算道砟厚度不足地段普通轨枕和弹性轨枕的轨道平顺性指标和动力性能指标,以及枕下弹性垫板的合理刚度值范围。经分析,采用普通轨枕时钢轨垂向位移偏小,轨枕垂向加速度、道床垂向加速度和道床应力偏大,易引起轨道不平顺、轨枕损坏、道砟粉化加剧、养护维修工作量大等问题;采用弹性轨枕后(弹性垫板刚度值在60~80 kN/mm之间),上述指标得到优化与改善,可使得道砟厚度不足地段与正常地段的轨道平顺性和动力特性相当。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient ballast thickness of the test line in the extension project of Hushuguan depot,the three-dimensional dynamic simulation model of“vehicle-track-foundation”was established to simulate the actual conditions.The track smoothness index,dynamic performance index and reasonable stiffness range of the elastic pad were calculated for ordinary sleepers and elastic sleepers with insufficient ballast thickness condition.Analysis showed that by using ordinary sleepers,the vertical displacement of the rail was smaller,while the vertical acceleration of the sleeper,the vertical acceleration of the track bed and the stress of the track bed were larger,which may cause track irregularities,sleepers damage,intensified powdering of ballast and more repair work load easily.With the use of elastic sleepers(the stiffness value of the elastic pad is between 60~80 kN/mm),above indexes could be optimized and improved,which makes the track smoothness and dynamic characteristics of the ballast under-thickness section equal to those of normal section.
