摘要
目的对依达拉奉和阿加曲班治疗脑栓塞合并房颤患者的临床效果进行调研和分析。方法选择2017年1到2019年1月到我院神内科接受治疗的脑栓塞合并房颤患者46例作为研究对象,以随机法分为对照组(23例)和观察组(23例)。其中,对照组患者实施依达拉奉注射液治疗;观察组患者采用阿加曲班联合依达拉奉注射液治疗。观察并对比两组患者接受治疗方式后的卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、血液流变指数以及治疗效果情况。结果观察组的NIHSS评分、全血黏度、血浆黏度和红细胞沉降率指标低于对照组,且总有效率95.65%明显高于对照组78.27%(P<0.05)。结论在脑栓塞合并房颤的治疗过程中,使用阿加曲班联合依达拉奉注射液的临床疗效好,不仅可以有效降低患者的神经损伤程度,还可以促进血液流畅,值得在临床中推广。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effects of edaravone and argatroban in the treatment of patients with cerebral embolism complicated with atrial fibrillation.Methods Forty-six patients with cerebral embolism complicated with atrial fibrillation who were treated in our hospital from January 1st to 2019 in January were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into control group(23)and observation group(23 cases).Among them,the control group was treated with edaravone injection;the observation group was treated with argatroban and edaravone injection.The stroke scale(NIHSS)score,blood rheology index,and treatment outcome after treatment were compared and compared between the two groups.Results The NIHSS score,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the total effective rate was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.27%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of cerebral embolism combined with atrial fibrillation,the clinical efficacy of argatroban combined with edaravone injection can not only effectively reduce the degree of nerve damage,but also promote blood flow,which is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
