摘要
产品质量安全风险信息采集是开展风险监测工作的基础,论文介绍了美国和欧盟现行的信息采集和共享机制,并结合我国的市场监管机构设置,分析可用于采集产品质量安全风险信息的8类信息渠道,建议通过加强内部交流、建立统一信息监测平台、强化信息分析与应用等措施提升监管效能。
Product quality safety risk information collection is the basis for risk monitoring.The article introduces the current information collection and sharing mechanisms in the United States and the European Union,and combines the establishment of market regulatory agencies in China to analyze eight types of information that can be used to collect product quality and safety risk information.It is recommended to enhance the effectiveness of supervision by strengthening internal communication,establishing a unified information monitoring platform,and strengthening information analysis and application.
