摘要
延边大学附属医院作为边疆少数民族地区的三甲综合性教学医院,具有良好的临床医疗技术力量及丰富的临床医学教学经验,通过标准的国家级住院医师规范化培训放射基地建设,优化全能型放射基地师资队伍的建设(内外科、神经内科及儿科等多个临床专业硕士毕业的师资,英国医学影像专业硕士毕业及日韩医学博士毕业的师资),发挥边疆少数民族地区放射专业住培生的培养特色,以住培生为核心,加强学员自主分析问题,解决问题的能力,实行全方位的影像技能培训(影像诊断及技术操作),教学活动丰富多彩,励志培养服务于基层医院的“全科医师型放射科医生”。
Yanbian University Affiliated Hospital is a comprehensive teaching hospital in the frontier minority areas.It has good clinical medical technology and rich experience in clinical medicine teaching.It optimizes the construction of radioactive bases through standard national resident standardized training radioactive bases.The construction of the base faculty(a postgraduate with a master's degree in internal medicine,neurology and pediatrics,a master's degree in medical imaging in the UK,and a graduating from a doctoral degree in Japanese and Korean medicine),and the use of radiology majors cultivate characteristics in the minority areas of the border areas,take"cultivating students"as the core,strengthen the students'ability to analyze problems independently,solve problems,implement all-round imaging skills training(image diagnosis and technical operation),rich and colorful teaching activities,and inspirational training to serve the grassroots hospitals"physician-type radiologist."
