摘要
目的探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床效果。方法以160例老年高血压患者为对象,抽取自2017年6月到2019年6月期间,所有患者均经过临床诊断为高血压患者,年龄≥60岁。采用对比分析法,将患者平均分组分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组联合给予氨氯地平治疗。比较患者治疗前后舒张压和收缩压水平,评估患者的临床疗效总占比率及用药不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总有效占比率中显效40例,有效38例,无效2例总有效率97.50%,显著高于对照组显效33例,有效34例,无效13例总有效率83.75%,治疗前患者的SBP和DBP水平比较无差异,治疗后,两组的SBP和DBP均显著降低,观察组的更加低于对照组(P<0.05);160例患者均未见严重不良反应,组间比较无差异(X^2=0.485)。结论缬沙坦基础上联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压疾病,临床疗效显著,患者血压水平控制更加理想,药物未见明显毒不良反应,安全疗效双重保障,具有积极的临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods 160 elderly patients with hypertension were selected from June 2017 to June 2019.All patients were clinically diagnosed as hypertensive patients,aged≥60 years.The patients were divided into control group and observation group,80 cases each.The control group was treated with valsartan and the observation group with amlodipine.The diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the total clinical efficacy ratio and the incidence of adverse drug reactions.Results The clinical total effective rate of observation group 40 cases were markedly effective,effective 38 cases,2 cases failed total effective rate was 97.50%,significantly higher than control group 33 cases were markedly effective,effective 34 cases,13 cases total effectiveness 83.75%,treatment before the patient's level of SBP and DBP is no difference,after treatment,two groups of SBP and DBP were significantly lower,the observation group was more lower than the control group(P<0.05);None of the 160 patients had serious adverse reactions,and there was no difference between groups(X^2=0.485).Conclusion Valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of senile hypertension has significant clinical efficacy,better blood pressure level control in patients,no obvious toxic and side effects of the drug,double guarantee of safety and efficacy,which has positive clinical promotion value.
