摘要
目的观察硫酸镁分别联合尼莫地平、拉贝洛尔治疗子痫前期的效果。方法选择2015年3月~2018年3月我院收治的100例子痫前期患者,采用随机数字表法分成A、B两组,每组各50例。A组给予硫酸镁联合尼莫地平治疗,B组给予硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗,观察两组的治疗效果、两组治疗前后血压及24 h尿蛋白变化,比较两组治疗前后血清白血病抑制因子(LIF)及胱抑素-C(Cys-C)水平,观察两组妊娠结局及新生儿阿氏(Apgar)评分。结果B组治疗后的总有效率(94.00%)高于A组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后收缩压、舒张压及24 h尿蛋白水平均低于治疗前,B组治疗后收缩压、舒张压及24 h尿蛋白水平均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清LIF水平高于治疗前,Cys-C水平低于治疗前,B组治疗后LIF水平高于A组,Cys-C水平低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组新生儿Apgar评分高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗的效果更优,可有效降低血压及24 h尿蛋白水平,改善血清LIF、Cys-C水平及新生儿Apgar评分。
Objective To observe the effect of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nimodipine and Labetalol respectively in the treament of preeclampsia.Methods A total of 100 patients with preeclampsia admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected and divided into group A and group B using random number table method,50 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nimodipine,while group B was treated with Magnesium Sulfate combined with Labetalol.The curative effect,blood pressure and 24 h urine protein changes before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.The levels of serum leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF)and Cystatin-C(Cys-C)before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.The pregnancy outcome and neonatal Apgar score of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate(94.00%)in group B was higher than that in the group A(80.00%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and 24 h urine protein levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,while after treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and 24 h urine protein levels in group B were lower than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum LIF in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,the level of Cys-C was lower than that before treatment,the level of LIF in group B was higher than that in group A,and the level of Cys-C was lower than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Apgar score neonatal in group B was higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium Sulfate combined with Labetalol has better therapeutic effect,it can effectively reduce blood pressure and 24 h urine protein level,improve serum LIF,Cys-C level and neonatal Apgar score.
